My name is Sophia, and I’m from a small island in the Atlantic called Bermuda. Living on an island has shaped who I am. I love being close to nature, exploring quiet beaches, lush greenery, and places where I can feel inspired and grounded.
I’m an artist at heart and creativity is a big part of my life. I love expressing myself through art, poetry, and singing. Writing poetry helps me turn feelings into words, and music is where I feel most free and connected.

I am just starting to branch out helping people outside family and friends, although I know we are all connected so everyone is my family and friend. I am a safe space for you to vent and get advice on something that is troubling you, or if you just want a listening ear I am here. It is my calling in this life to help others in the deepest way that I can. I do not charge anything for my sessions, I do it WHOLEY out of LOVE and purity.
