Life’s been feeling a little heavier than usual lately. I haven’t been sleeping much and this upcoming weekend already feels like it might be a rough one. I’m not trying to make anyone uncomfortable or bring the mood down — I just prefer being honest instead of pretending everything’s fine.
I’ve learned that isolating only makes things louder in my head, and conversations — even simple, everyday ones — really help. I like meaningful talks, random thoughts at 2am, music recommendations, deep topics, or even light distractions.
