Hi! I'm Kimberly. I’m 30 (though I really just feel like two kids in a trench coat, or maybe one kid, since I'm short :P) and I'm from Georgia (the state!). I’m looking for someone who can hopefully be a consistent long-term penpal and doesn’t mind writing long emails about anything and everything since I love to yap. Any gender or country is fine. Rather than an age requirement, I’d prefer to talk to people who are in a similar stage of life as me. I’m not married, don’t have kids (and don’t want them), and don’t really have things figured out, so if you can relate, I’d love to chat! If not, that’s okay too if you think we’d click. While we don’t need to have everything in common, it would be nice to share an interest or two.
So, allow me to break out the bullet points:
* I’m a big K-pop girlie. My favorite group is XLOV, and I also like Stray Kids, ZB1, and TXT, and some others. I also like pop music in general. My favorite band aside from K-pop is The 1975.
* A lot of what I watch is animation. My favorite cartoon is King of the Hill, and I’ll watch about any kind of cartoon whether it’s adult animation or “for kids.” For live action stuff, I tend to like teen dramas, dark comedies, BL/GL series, and also RuPaul’s Drag Race.
* I’m a Disney/Pixar and Sanrio fan, and I collect merch of my favorite characters, Stitch and Cinnamoroll… much to the dismay of my bank account lol.
* I like to play video games. I mainly play on PS5, especially RPGs or life sims. A few favorite games: Bully, Dragon Age, Cyberpunk 2077, BG3, Coral Island. Right now, I'm playing My Time at Sandrock again. I'm looking forward to Grave Seasons and of course GTA 6!
* I read a lot. I read 100 books last year! I’m also doing the Popsugar Reading Challenge. I like queer romance, horror, contemporary literary fiction, thrillers, and fantasy.
* Some other stuff I’m into: Making characters out of fuse beads, doing building sets, diamond paintings.
* If this means anything to you, I'm an INFP, a 4w5, and a Ravenclaw.
* I'm bi and on the ace spectrum, so it would be nice to connect with other queer people. I'm open to everyone, though, just no homophobes.
* As for what I do, I’m about to be a student again in the fall and will be majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies, specifically business and sociology.
