My name is Drinnah, and I'll be turning 14 in September. I'm from Uganda, and I recently completed my primary level education in November. When my Primary Leaving Examination results returned in January, I was thrilled to discover that I passed with good grades!
However, despite my academic achievements, I'm still at home due to a lack of school fees. I'm supposed to join Secondary School (S1) this year, but unfortunately, my mother - a single parent - is struggling to make ends meet.
