I'm a 34 year-old female from Turkey. I'm currently doing my PhD in Architectural History and work as a teaching assistant.
Due to my work and routine, I often feel lonely and isolated. I feel the need of some company to share my ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc. In real life I know so many people; but, when it comes to hanging out with them, there are only a few people to whom I feel close enough. I can say that I'm a pretty serious, calm, reserved and responsible person, maybe even shy at first. I still can be friendly though, under the favorable circumstances as I also lean towards introversion.
I think it is safe to say that what I am really looking for goes beyond a penpal. I hope to meet somebody who is willing to be completely honest. I would like to talk about almost anything to get to know the other party. In this case, minds alike will play the vital role. The other party should be like me. For instance, I am usually online.
