Hey fellow pen pals,
I hope everyone is well and in good health. I hail from the country Canada with it's beautiful landscapes and amazing wildlife. I have been pen paling for a number of years and while I have many North American, Australian and European pen pals, I have had very few from South America and Asia. These are places I am seeking pen pals from, however, if you think we click in personality and interests feel free to shoot me a msg.
I am by nature a pretty laid back person and I enjoy learning new things about people, their countries and cultures. I love learning about various cuisines and then trying to make it myself, I love trying new cuisines. My favorite food is sushi! I also love soup and would love to hear about some of the popular ones in your country.
I can be a social butterfly when with people, however, I do need my alone time to recharge. I guess you could call me an ambivert. Anything that peaks my interest I will explore it and try it, I love researching information about people, places, items, animals and food. I am not into the bar hopping or clubbing, my idea of hanging out and having fun is a day trip, perhaps fishing, hiking or trying something adventurous. While I have tried polar bear dipping, I still want to try paragliding, parachuting, tree top trekking and ziplining.
While I prefer pen paling, I will do email paling if it is more affordable for you. I do not have any qualms with writing to Africans as I used to have many African pen pals, I will note that in the last 9 years my letters always get lost and never arrive. I prefer emailing as it is faster then postal letters.
I am not looking for a husband or wife and I WILL NOT send you money or a Visa. I am strictly here to create friends and pen pals. The only two things I prefer to keep out of letters is politics and religion, those are very touchy sensitive topics and I do not need people telling me that I am going to hell if I do not worship God. So, while I respect you if you are religious or are a liberal person, I ask that you respect my beliefs and choices.
I am seeking pen pals of all ages from teenagers who want to communicate with adults to those who are in their 90s. I love learning the different views of those younger and older. My letters are usually between 8 and 12 pages long, I ask that you can write at least 2 pages. When emailing me, I ask that you put some effort into your email. I won't respond to someone asking "Hey, can we be pen pals". Please tell me about yourself and interests and what not. I do not mind communicating with people of all colors and sizes. I do not tolerate someone who is unkind about a person's color, weight or looks.
I do have a fascination and belief in the the paranormal, true ghost stories, astrology, things not of this world. I have had some experiences and so have some of my family members.
